A commercial electrical company came to us needing help to turn around the unhealthy culture that permeates the construction sector, beginning in his shop. We created a new brand identity that celebrates electricians and encourages them to lift one another up rather than tear each other down. What started as an internal campaign to change the “every man for himself” mentality and scarcity mindset of workers is slated to infuse job sites around the region in no time.
